Our shared hosting packages include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the subscription date unless the package states otherwise. Request a refund by opening a ticket in your customer area. Where a package includes a free domain, the domain’s value is deducted from the hosting refund.
Domains and SSL certificates
Domain registrations are non-refundable because they are registered in your name for the chosen period. You can request a transfer or change DNS, subject to the registry and registrar rules.
SSL certificates have a published 21-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund through a support ticket. Any certificate warranty is provided by the issuing authority and subject to its conditions.
Dedicated server services
Our published policy covers installation, security and management services with a 30-day money-back guarantee unless the package states otherwise. Initial server setup, the first monthly server rental and annual prepayments are excluded. Work outside the management package is charged separately. Software you install yourself is outside this guarantee.
Website development and SEO
Website design and development are non-refundable unless an alternative is agreed in writing. Deposit and project arrangements must be confirmed in your quotation before work begins.
SEO work is non-refundable and no search ranking or position is guaranteed.
Server availability
Our published availability commitment is 99.9%. Maintenance, restarts, network incidents and equipment failures can interrupt service. A partial refund may be considered for prolonged outages. This policy does not specify an automatic service-credit calculation.
Backups and your data
Our published backup policy provides full server backups every 24 hours on external servers. You should keep independent backups. Customer-developed scripts and software are not warranted, and you remain responsible for your website and data.
Prices and refund handling
The ordering area confirms current prices. Billing is in pounds sterling; currency conversion may affect the amount charged by your payment provider. Product and renewal pricing can change.
Our published refund policy allows us to select a suitable refund method. Eligibility depends on the service, purchase date and stated exclusions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
